E-Government & the Digital Divide

The Labour Government under Tony Blair set targets for the development of E-Government in the UK.  These are dependent on reducing the Digital Divide (which is defined as the divide between different parts of UK and their access to ICT, as well as different members of society who have different levels of access).  This divide also effects the way other services are provided, like Police and the National Health Sevice.
