Unit 2: E-Commerce Online Shopping
There are many sites that you can use for the next part of Unit 2. You need to show at every stage how you can purchase items online.
The Process that you go through from: first click to last click.
1. Select a website
2. Find the Sign In or Register Section If you forget your account password how do they send you a new one, does this process work and how secure is it.
3. Sign in (if you are an existing customer) or register to become a customer.
4. What information do they ask from you at the start. Think about why they need or want each piece of information? What do they company you have chosen do with this data?
5. How do you purchase an item
6. What is the payment process
7. Do they deliver or can you collect?
8. Do they have a tracking system?
Please make sure that you have a screenshot for each new page of data entry you fill in.
